C is for Casserole

Really I should be making salads and summery food, but it's still raining, the heating's been on and it feels more like Autumn and so this is today's dinner.
The slow cooker has been an absolute godsend, especially at the moment when I'm so tired - crashed out for 3 hours this afternoon and it was a relief when I woke up to smell dinner already cooking!
