It's been an emotionally exhausting day- up at the Abbey for dads birthday, then a poignant and brilliant play in Galway Arts Fest- 'The Outgoing Tide', (had no idea its content would be so apt), a pint, a faint/nap, ending up at my Uncles, drinking copious amounts of sugary tea.
