New sweatband

Well today I collected my free team gb sweatband after collecting tokens from the paper! I was quite impressed that it didn't cost me anything as they are normally about £6 - so had a great bargin!!

Taught my first real class as a real teacher today and survived with no problems at all!! Just got to hope the are just as nice tomorrow!!

Did a double class of combat and spin tonight and feel great from the buzz!!
