A blip of a blip in a blipbook

Mr hazelh has made me another blipbook. It arrived in the post today. This gives me the opportunity to present a blip of a blip in a blipbook in a new blipbook.

This evening we caught the train down to Manchester to spend the weekend in the Fox household. Our nephew Paddy (blipped here with his sister) is a student at Manchester University and on our first night here he joined us for supper and a game of Catan (which I won - ha!)

Tomorrow we are meeting up with my best friends from university Sarah and Helen, and Sarah's husband, who is running in the Manchester marathon on Sunday.

Exercise today: morning loops in 29'14", sit-ups, weights and stretches, walk to work and back as far as Waverley station (14,515 steps).
