Aubrieta!!

Took a walk through Great Brington and although sunny with a beautiful blue sky, there was still a cold edge. Stopping off at the pub seemed a sensible thing to do, so we did. A nice cool pint of ale and a bite to eat and all seemed well with the world.
Did you know that Aubrieta is named after the French botanical artist Claude Aubriet? no, neither did I!
