Another busy day!

We popped up to The Mall today for a few things today.  We had breakfast at the M&S Deli bar and they lost the order so it was a bit of a wait (and we were very hungry) but they went out of their way to apologise, then John Lewis as the desk chair we spent 90 minutes building last night has a screw hole out of alignment.  They were great and arranged for a replacement next week and gave us a voucher for free coffee and cakes.  We used our April ones and are saving that one for another day!

Then to Oak Furniture Land to look for something else to tidy up the living room, and in the same range as my new desk.  Another great experience.  Really helpful and even brought us a drink while we were looking (and of course stops us going), so we ordered there rather than doing it on line.

Off to B&Q to look at kitchen units (so need to chat to Dad tomorrow as he's going to modify them to add storage under the breakfast bar).

A bit spoil as Mr T bought me a lovely fibre optic lily for getting the news this week that I'd passed my 21st and final assignment of my Diploma in Supply Chain Management.  Plus we treated ourselves to a couple of Gromits.  Not the big one next to Mr T though!

Back to John Lewis for a free coffee and cake and then finally the bus home!
