Prickly.....

We went to the gardens of Hall Place in Bexley this morning and while D went back to the hide to see if the long awaited and successful sighting of a kingfisher would make a return visit, I browsed the glasshouse and the cacti. 

And some days you just feel prickly and sad. Yes? So these amazing plants are my blip choice for today. How nice that the sun came out this afternoon and gave a happier feel to the day. 

(I heard this week that my classroom has been completely gutted due to re decorating. No notice given to ANYONE...even those at the top... displays damaged and cupboards emptied....)
