Gate leg table Project.

    This is the table as it is now, rather a sorry state, but I am about to set to and strip it down and refurbish it.
    The first extra is with the table upturned so you can see the legs that swing out to hold up the table leaves. The leg assembly, I had already detached from the table top.
    The second extra is where I have sanded the underneath side of the table itself, using my new belt sander. Great bit of kit as it has saved me hours of hand sanding it. The black strips left on the surface, I will hand sand so I can they will not show through the stain when I come to do that. You will see that I have detached the legs that swing out.
    There is a lot of work on the assembly, far worse than I originally thought, but it will be much better by the time I have finished with it!!!
