Gosford House

A lovely walk with Betsy round Gosford estate. Gosford house is about 20ish mins from our house. More on its history can be found here https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gosford_House. It's not inhabited by the Wemyss family who after the late Earl of Wemyss died chose to live south of the border. Such a shame that these beautiful houses lie empty. Particularly after a morning spent in Edinburgh where Ellie started asking about people sitting in the street. I'm afraid something just doesn't add up for me. However a beautiful building that I'm lucky to have on our doorstep.
