Spiritual

As part of today, we were blessed with an invite to participate in a traditional Maya Day Ceremony.

I am not a religious person, but do consider myself quite spiritual - a fan of those great teachers worldwide who guide us to respect others and the Earth.

Kawoq (the shaman) prepared and led an incredibly tingling experience where we participated in a Maya Day Ceremony, something that had been outlawed by the government for many, many years.

It was so charged: it brings back feelings writing about it now.
