"Sea of Dreams"

This evening we attended the Fairytale Ball Sea of Dreams.   A celebration Gala to benefit "Children First". My picture is of the beautiful dessert that we were served with the theme of Under the Sea. The mission of Children First is to strengthen children and families by improving the quality of their lives through a comprehensive approach to development, education, health and well-being.  This organization keeps their mission statement at the forefront of their organization. The stories of how families are helped by them is heart warming.  As we sat all dressed up in our Fairytale clothes and dined on fine food to raise money to support this wonderful organization, many in our community went to bed without hope.  Children First provides that hope to so many children by helping them develop lifelong love of learning and helping dreams become a reality to many families.  The lively Ball of Sea of Dreams was beautiful, engaging and fun to be apart of.  But most important to us was the support that was given to the precious children of our community this evening.
