Homewards

Up early at 7am, and we left on the coach at 8am.  We arrived at the airport by 9am and began to check in.

We had trouble with our case - the woman on the desk said that we hadn't paid for it.  We had paid the band, but our case wasn't on our booking.  We had over 40 people in the group, and over 30 cases booked.  After several phone calls, and discussions with the other gate staff, the case was eventually let through and she handed us back our passport in silence.

The flight was uneventful and we touched down in Manchester at 2pm and soon boarded the coach for home.  This time we didn't block the baggage carousel!

We arrived back at the band club and were home for 5pm for a cuppa.
