Waiting for the kween

See I'm trying to disguise my royalist tendencies by misspelling queen. Anyway, I've seen her now, so there (and I was actually giddy with excitement at seeing her too... I know, I know). One thing I did notice - no license plates on her phat Bentley... It's one rule for us etc etc.

So no money, no passport, no license plates - what else doesn't she need to have? I wonder.
