Sunday cycling - 20 miles round trip

Went out on my bike for the first time today since I tore my calf muscle last September. It was VERY hard work . Windy & chilly on the way home. However, when we got home, T checked my bike and realised that when he'd replaced the inner tube this morning, he'd refitted the back wheel so that it dragged on the brakes ....

So an extra workout.

I should stop being so incompetent, and learn to change my own inner tube !
