FROTHY WAVES

Today these frothy waves reach our shore

I wonder who will journey here this morning

Just as the golden globe is dawning

 

Walkers on this sandy coast

Leave imprints on the land

Footprints too large to fill

Have descended down that Filey hill

 

This most amazing sight

Transforms our coast all golden bright.

Tomorrow it will have moved on

And another day will have begun . . .
