Swan fight!

Quick morning stroll by the Mere today to stretch the leg a bit. Was standing admiring the tranquil scene and the elegance of the swans, when suddenly all hell broke loose! There was a lot of hissing and flapping and I turned to see the end of a fight with the loser being chased out of the water!
So much excitement, had to come back home for a lie down!
This afternoon did a bit more canal walking. Keeping the miles up, but taking an easy pace and keeping it flat. Did 6 miles and not feeling too bad at all.
Might have to lay off the mountain walks for a couple of weeks which is annoying, but at least I can still get out.
Having the pink put back in my hair tomorrow, currently not enough pink and too much silver!
