Floodlit Clouds

In a wild and uncharacteristic display of extravagance, Yeovil had the floodlights on at 3.00 pm on a sunny Spring afternoon, when they weren't really needed at all.

It didn't do us any good as a long unbeaten run at Home, that stretched back to November, came to an end against Exeter.

Ironically, we played some of our best attacking football for a while but Exeter gave us a lesson in taking your chances, twice.

I'd made a dash down from London, getting to the ground just in time for the game.
