Table manners, what table manners ?

Both Carol & I have spent some time in the garden today whilst Merlot has spent most of his time just watching......

Having finished decorating the Utility I have today cleaned the window frames & oiled the hinges. The patio has been bothering me too. Some years ago I very foolishly had an Indian Sandstone Patio laid. Soon after it was widely reported in the press that children were being used to produce the slabs. had I known this then I wouldn't have bought them.... The other thing is that within 12 months of the patio being laid it developed black spots which according to my internet research in lichen. I borrowed Peter's (very) powerful pressure washer which I tested today but it simply doesn't shift it - so some chemicals are next. I want to get the slabs pristine before the patio is relaid.
