The Bird Walk

After our Sunday morning lay-in, we headed off to do The Cliff Top Walk starting at Penarth Pier. The sun was out, but not that you could feel it with the wind blowing. Luckily we managed to park near the Pier and had a walk along it where I saw the gentleman (extra) smartly dressed, on his own, and about to enjoy a 'rolled' cigarette. I enjoy street photography and couldn't resist.

We continued the walk along the cliff top to Lavernock Point and then through the reconstructed Cosmeston Medieval Park and Lakes. I took a few I liked but this one of a pigeon on his own walking along the Board Walk. Why fly when you can walk? The title is a play on the famous song.
