Snakes Head Fritillaries

To Bents this morning, as things need doing in the garden.

Is Bents still a garden centre ? Well, yes it is, but it is also a delicatessen, a butchers, a furniture store, a pet shop, a craft centre, an outdoor gear place, a children's play area, a restaurant, a coffee shop, and an overall leisure destination. It's a phenomenon. Where will it go next ?

Anyway, some soil improver, and three climbing plants (with some lamb steaks, bread, milk and bananas), and we returned home. Our first lunch out in the garden in the sunshine this year, then dealing with work e-mails, and then garden focussed for the rest of the afternoon. Lots more to do over the coming weeks, but it's a beginning.

We only have two fritillaries, but I always enjoy their appearance.
