Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit

A civic duty felt simply that in the middle of my last day of the holiday. However, the church service gave me great pause. It's perhaps been too long.
Working this morning and a mad fast short ride when I got home from church. It's the first one since Van Man hurt his foot but that didn't slow him down! I also did day 1 of a 30 day abs and squats challenge that The Teen has persuaded me is a good idea. Can feel it already!
Lovely Sunday supper and a family hour in front of the TV for a catch up.
