On the edge

This morning we were on a roll and whilst there was a bit of stalling the day turned out much better than yesterday.

The flags designed by the community groups for Saturday are beautiful, the plinth issue is resolved and good people are on board for next week.

On my way home tonight though I heard a crunch. Whilst I don't feel guilty flinging a snail over the wall into the park when I find them invading the plants, I do feel bad standing on one when they're on the move under the cover of darkness.
