One greedy rook

One greedy and brave rook discovered the bird feeder. First, he tried to get to the fat ball feeder in four different ways (clutching to the side of it, shaking it, trying to get it off the hook and jumping up, hitting the fat balls with closed beak and picking up the bits that fell off) but then he noticed the crushed sunflower seeds on the tray. He stuffed his beak (can you see that bulge?) five times today!

I have a soft spot for rooks though as I used to live with one and they are exceptionally clever, enterprising and affectionate birds.
