Thai Fish Cakes

I've really been in the cooking mood this week and have tried a couple of new recipes that have been real keepers.

Tonight I had a go at Thai Shrimp and Fish Cakes aka Tod Mun Goong. I used a Gordon Ramsay recipe and they were fabulous! Good job really since our favourite thai restaurant closed a couple of years ago and so far we haven't found anywhere locally that is a patch on it.
