Framed

M painting his bike frame. The day was spent nipping out and applying successive mistings of primer and then blue paint. M and I each took part in this between going for runs (10k for me and, later, 7.5m for M - accompanied by A on a bike). M and A also took Fudge, the now trimmed, dog from next door but one.

But, by the end of the day, the frame was a nice blue!
