Lemon Cheesecake

We visited our favourite Garden Centre today and had an excellent lunch, I chose for my dessert this delicious lemon cheesecake with ice cream.
We went to look at Weeping Flowering Cherry Trees which I have wanted for quite some time, we did not buy one, we decided to wait a few more days for the flowers to open.
