Started my day with 90 mins of gorgeous yoga at a small local class in the Eco village that my friend Grainne runs. I've been meaning to practice what I preach for the 2 1/2 years I've been here !! I always did it in west cork and my body behaved itself and liked it. Things ache now so time to unroll that mat again and pose :0)
Is there a 'flower turning to sun' pose in yoga I wonder ?
