Damp

It was a damp start to the day and the benefit of wet pavements is the reflections.

It was raining again at lunchtime when I raced across the road for lunch. At the moment one of the roads in the area is closed and all the traffic is being rerouted along the road outside the office. It's normally quite quiet.

I've been in meetings all day and then I've been to a Choir committee meeting this evening. It had been Jon's birthday last week and his lovely wife Jeanette had made him a Guinness and chocolate cake. They brought some to the meeting. It was yummy
