Day 102 of 366 - Buildings of Spon Street!
Today's image was taken in the Historic Spon Street area of Coventry. It is a view of what is thought to be one of the oldest pair of Semi Detached houses in England. These buildings date back to the 15th Century and were restored between 1969 - 1970. The restoration of these houses marked the beginning of the ambitious Spon Street conservation and relocation project.
The photo was taken using the App ExposerGL on my iPhone 6.
First I used the app Snapseed to edit the image. I cropped the image. Then I changed the perspective of the view of the buildings. Next I deleted the alarm box from the front of the building along with a couple of bollards from the street next to the houses. The next app used was Brushstroke. I applied the Oil 06 paint preset. Finally I used PhotoToaster to add the Warm Preset, the Vibrant FX, a medium dark Vignette. I then added the Canvas texture and the Canvas frame.
