Magnolia Buds

We decided to have a day out today and visit Richmond, North Yorkshire. The main reason being that Richmond CC have a print exhibition showing at The Station which finishes this week. After enjoying the exhibition it was time for lunch in the excellent cafe in The Station.

I took a quick snap of this magnolia when we first got out of the car in the centre of Richmond thinking that will do for a blip unless I find anything else. What a good job I did as shortly afterwards it started to rain heavily and continued well into the afternoon. The rest of the day remained dull and damp.
