Rain

It has rained solidly most of the day and it is still raining now. I suppose we shouldn’t complain, as we have had a spell of dry weather, but it is certainly making up for that today.
 
So here, against a rainy window, is an exquisite card that my daughter gave me on Mother’s Day. It has to be just about the loveliest card I have ever received. I love books and I am fascinated by book art, so what could be more perfect! I was thinking it was time I took the cards down (I also got a carefully chosen one from my other daughter - they are such thoughtful girls), but they won't be thrown away.
 
It is just a 2D card, but the illusion of 3D is amazing.
