The Missing Ties

The young ones are back at school and college. Surprisingly after having over 2 weeks off Miss H could not find her school tie, her keys, pencils etc. Nor could the son of my dog walking friend. After school H turned up with her friend who'd forgotten her house keys and also couldn't find her tie that morning either. Somewhere there's a big pile of stripey blue and green ties.

This little snail was on the recycling bin. I had to get really close to take this, it wasn't too pleased with me invading it's personal space and eventually retreated into its shell. It looks almost translucent, very hard trying to focus while it kept moving along.
