Lost Gnome

I was walking through the meadow today when this little chap caught my attention. As its tiny Tuesday I thought he would make a good blip. He appears to be a little lost, although I have my suspicions as to who left him there. I think I'm meant to tag and say thank you to whoever is hosting, however I'm not too sure how to do this yet.
