Splash!

There's an expression that people are drains or radiators. The way you know is by how you feel when you are in their presence.

I have been a drain these past five or six weeks but I feel that this is now behind me. I'm ready and able once again to be a radiator of warmth, loving kindness and groan-worthy jokes. I feel much more like my old self and the wounds are healing.

I have you lot to thank; you and so many friends who offered support, hugs and shoulders to cry on. I don't know how to fully express my gratitude other than to say thank you from the bottom of my heart.
