Instruments of torture

Hydrotherapy session in the pool today. Hip progressing nicely and pretty much down to one crutch round the house. Muscles strong but need to keep up training.

Quick pic with iphone - because of the lovely colours of the floats, balls etc on the pool side. Got back and focus was "off" so I thought I'd try and get artistic with photoshop's mosaic filter - to match the tiles on the floor and side of the pool??
