Elegant

This lady is always at the covered market that we go to once a month on a Sunday. She is always elegantly dressed and always wears a hat, this is todays creation, among the Track suits and thick fleeces of the other Traders she shows us all up ! Sorry for the blurry pic, I don't know what is wrong with me, can't seem to get a good photo these days. Wet and cold, snowed this morning but is now heavy rain, ugh!!
