Not so tiny Tuesday!

Last night daughter #2 and Violet stayed with us after their long journey home from Australia.  They both managed to sleep reasonably well, although I did hear Violet briefly at 4 am, waking and thinking it was time to play:  jetlag isn't easy when you're little!
After I'd given Violet her breakfast of toast and cereals (seen here enjoying the cereals, as  preferred, with no milk) we took her to her day nursery.  She clearly has forgotten nothing while away as she was so excited even as we drove into the car park.  She went in happily, all smiles, no tears, and got through the day with only one short nap!

She certainly has grown up during her 3 weeks away: her mobility is coming on extremely well and she is even more communicative with many more clearly identifiable words in her vocabulary.

In other news: the patio remains at a standstill: I'm trying not to get too angry about this but my patience is wearing thin...
