Or Miðvangur 53 in Icelandic. On the upper picture is how the house (left) we built in Hafnarfjord 1974 looked like and on the lower how it looks to day.
The veranda (40 square meter) was on the top of the garage, between the houses and we always wanted to build a greenhouse on it, but as the three of us were working in Reykjavik - the road between Reykjavik and Hanfafjord was very narrow then and it took a long time to drive back and forth - we decided to sell and move...

We had rented here and I had been working there, but was now working as financial manager for The Icelandic College of Art and Crafts in Reykjavik.
