Day 314: - Shades

Lots of shades of grey over the valley this morning. We walked around Beaumont Park without encountering another soul - it was a real haven of peace. 

Meanwhile I have acquired a Fitbit. I can see it becoming an obsession. Although my heart rate walking up the hills in Beaumont Park was quite scary!
