To my great surprise there was a Linnet on my niger feeder today.  I am very excited because I have never actually seen and identified one before.  Therefore have never taken a photo of one either.. so whilst this is slightly out of focus due to me using a very long lens, hand held, it is very exciting to have the evidence and now l might work out how to get closer and a more steady shot the next time!!  The other two fine fellows are Goldfinch who populate my garden regularly
