WildWednesday2: Let's Do Brunch!

I watched as a Red-shouldered Hawk swooped down and snatched an unsuspecting something or another from the SandPit at the DogPark. I readied my camera as she flew up to a limb in a nearby pine tree, and clicked off a few shots. Then off she flew, back to the nest where she disappeared into the twigs and branches. I don't know if she is sitting on eggs or has a chick or two in that nest. It's very high up in a tree and it's difficult to get a good look at what's in there. I'll keep you posted! :)
