Mrs P fly past
A bright and sunny morning encouraged me out earlier this morning to check on the peregrine progress before work. Actually things around the nesting site are a bit slow because the bird sitting the eggs cannot be seen at the back of the ledge and the partner either flies away for food or just sits within sight on guard.
Frustratingly the number of eggs laid isn't known and even after the young appear, sometime towards the month end, they will remain out of view until they are strong enough to move around. I guess it all adds to suspense.
