The Longest Run

The longest run I’ve completed since the 2014 Cardiff half marathon, I was well chuffed.  It was at quite a decent pace as well, and it was a glorious day for it as well.  This blip is just one of the views I had during my run.  I can tell you I wasn’t looking as gorgeous as the view.  Lol!

I deserved a nice little afternoon nap after that.

That half marathon was the last time I saw a certain person.  It's certainly been a long run since then, full of pain.
