Over Ate

Bbq'd burgers topped with cheese, served with salad and halloumi.

Eyes were bigger than my stomach.

Tomorrow is weigh in but I don't think I've lost anything this week.

Had my podiatrist appointment today supposed to be for biomechanics but either I've read the wrong description of what that involves or I didn't get it. First sentence I heard was "we seem to have misplaced your referral" not sure what that meant exactly but I had to explain my 'story' then was asked to stand and walk a few steps then I was given insoles, one slightly different than the other - they did feel good in my shoes but will have to see if there's any improvement to my ailments, see the podiatrist again in a month.
