Unplanned

I've only had these for a few months, they've been great, super comfortable and warm over the winter. I foolishly threw away the box and receipt a few weeks ago, never dreaming that anything would go wrong with them. Foolish mistake as the shop I bought them from can't help without proof of purchase of course. I've e-mailed the manufacturer and I've got everything crossed that they can help me.
