Lunch At The Lake

Well, this isn't my lunch!! It was a brilliantly sunny day so I drove over to the lake that is 10 minutes from my office and took some pictures.  Hoping to see some birds, of the water type, but none were about.  I kind of liked this grassy mess.

We had our grief group meeting again tonight for families who have lost someone to substance misuse.  13 in all in attendance.  Finally feeling a little more relaxed about facilitating this.  It went smoothly and hopefully was helpful to those who attended.  They seemed to feel good about sharing and coming together to talk about such a sensitive subject.
