'The Trossachs'

Myself and a colleague spent all day out at the is incredibly beautiful property in Eaglemont measuring up today. We took out the laptop computer and drew up the plans as we went which worked really well for us. Ground floor finished, back tomorrow to measure upstairs and the cellar. The house was built back in the 1890's and is still in excellent condition, although painting the tuck pointed original brickwork was a mistake I reckon. Would love to see it still as the original brickwork.

A client of ours has just purchased this house and have asked us to renovate it. Should be a fantastic project and the location must be one of the best in Melbourne.
