Bananas

I am being a bit uninspired here but the book is one of Nigella Lawson's and the bananas are for one of my favourite recipes in the book, a banana loaf with coconut and dried cherries.  The problem is though I can't find dried cherries and I have to cranberries instead, but it still tastes fine.
