Kloster Rheinau

The Abbey was first documented in the 11th century. It was a Benedictine monastery, suppressed in 1862. Afterwards a cantonal hospital and nursing home were set up. Now it is a rehearsal centre for musicians on the Rhine island, close to the Rhine Falls.
