Spring goeth all in white ( sometimes )
Spring goeth all in white,
Crowned with milk-white may:
In fleecy flocks of light
O'er heaven the white clouds stray:
White butterflies in the air;
White daisies prank the ground:
The cherry and hoary pear
Scatter their snow around.
Robert Seymour Bridges
Another little poem I remember learning at school. Not that I agree with it, I'd say spring goeth sometimes in yellow and sometimes in blue, and sometimes in all colours under the sun. Of which there was an abundance today.
